Questions & Answers
Q: Are there any luggage/weight restrictions?
During the reservation process, passengers will be asked for their approximate weight and amount of luggage (number of bags & total weight). For safety reasons, the amount of luggage is limited and cannot exceed pre-determined limits. For example: our aircrafts can accommodate three adults and 2 children with very little luggage or three adult passengers with full golfing equipment, esky etc... For long distance trips which require full fuel to avoid stops, the passenger numbers or luggage may require reductions.
Q: Are there any weather considerations when planning a flight with NCAC?
Your safety is our #1 priority and concern. If weather conditions are questionable, we will initiate contact with our passengers to prompt them to make appropriate alternative arrangements PRIOR to the scheduled flight.
Q: Is there a fee for waiting time?
You are granted one free hour of waiting time upon request. This is an excellent service for business travelers who are flying in for a short client meeting. After the complimentary first hour, every hour thereafter is $50.00 + GST.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept & when am I expected to pay?
NCAC accepts Visa and Mastercard. Cash will only be accepted if the client has exact change. Pilots do not have the ability to carry change with them. Full payment is due upon the completion of your flight.
Q: What kind of credentials will my pilot have?
NCAC Pilots are qualified under the highest aviation industry standards and hold many years of aviation experience. Like all commercial pilots, they are obligated to not only to pass very rigorous CASA practical and theoretical examinations but are also required to be checked periodically. All NCAC pilots are required to have a minimum of 800 hours of flying time before they may apply for a pilot's position. Pilots also have a minimum of 10 years of aviation experience with an average of 15 years.
